An Impacting Factors Analysis of Unsafe Acts in Coal Mine Gas Explosion Accidents Based on HFACS-ISM-BN

With the development of intelligent coal mine construction, China’s production safety has been greatly improved, but gas explosion accidents still cannot be completely avoided and unsafe acts miners are an important cause accidents. Therefore, this study firstly collected 100 cases in China, improved framework human factors analysis classification system (HFACS) used it to identify causes miners’ detail. A hierarchy impacting is established. Then, combining with interpretive structural model (ISM), correlation between among different levels, especially non-adjacent qualitatively analyzed through expert judgment. contributing was quantitatively tested by chi-square test odds ratio (OR) analysis. On basis, a Bayesian network (BN) constructed for acts. The results show that probability accident 20% 52%, respectively. Among leading factors, government’s insufficient crackdown on illegal activities had greatest impact violations, sensitive value 13.2%. This can provide reference evaluating probabilistic method.
